We begin your journey to strength by first analyzing your body’s ability to move. The results of this screen help identify the hardware and software issues in the body’s operating system. Using specifically designed exercises, we prioritize correcting any movement patterns that might not be ideal before conditioning the body to achieve your personal fitness goals.
Quickly measure fat mass, muscle mass, and body water levels. No dunking. No pinching. No discomfort. Simply stand on the device and hold the hand electrodes. Following the test we will help you understand the results and prepare your fitness plan based on measurable outcomes.
We offer one-on-one as well as group strength training options. Exercises in the program are based on the individual's functional movement screen. Balance and movement preparation are integral to the program for injury prevention and symmetrical muscle building that revs your metabolism, optimizes performance & recovery.
